Looking for information on William BROWN and his wife Susannah. I found a deed reference from 1829 in Jones Co. saying that Susannah was formerly Susannah WESTBROOK. It also states that William and Susannah were heirs at law of Frederick HARGET, deceased of Jones Co. NC. I am seeking information on the family of John YOUNG, b. ac. 1796, d. 1846 and his wife Nancy YOUNG, b. ac. 1797. They had the following children: John R., b. 1824, George P., b. 1826, Francis M., b. 1831, Buckner H., b. 1837. John YOUNG died intestate, 1846, in Jones Co., NC leaving a considerable sized plantation in the White Oak District. In surveying his property it was referred to as a "mansion".
