JAS. COX, ET AL

   It appears to the satisfaction of the Court, that JAMES COX, AND W. A. 
DAVIS, and wife MARION, are non-residents of this State, it is therefore 
ordered that publication be made in the North Carolina Standard, a newspaper 
published in the City of Raleigh, six weeks, notifying the said defendants to 
appear at the next Term of the Superior Court of said Countyk, when and where, 
they an plead, answer or demur, or replevy or judgment pro confesso will be 
taken as to them.
