The following is a complete listing of the tombstones in the Simmons-Arthur Cemetery in Jones County, NC.

Location on Hwy 17, between Pollocksville and Maysville. There is an old Simmons homeplace (about to fall down) on the left heading towards Maysville from Pollocksville. There is a really tall tombstone in this cemetery. It can be seen from the road and is by some trees. At one time, they had a chain across the road but it seems lately the path has been open. There are some fences where they had/have horses.
