The following is a complete listing of the tombstones in the Hay-Meadows Cemetery in Jones County, NC.

Location approximately 1/2 mile west of Highway 58, and 1 mile southeast of Maysville, North Carolina. It can be seen from Highway 58 but is not accessible from Highway 58. The cemetery is presently located upon lands owned by Martin Marietta Materials, Belgrade Quarry, 2998 Belgrade-Swansboro Road, Maysville, North Carolina 28555, and access to the site is restricted. (Note: According to the Management of Martin Marietta Materials, many of the graves originally located here were moved to the Dogwood Memorial Cemetery, Maysville, North Carolina).
